Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is accepted at checkout. If an item turns out to be unavailable we contact you and offer a replacement or a refund.
Prices and VAT
Prices are shown in AED and include 5% UAE VAT. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout before payment.
Product information
Product descriptions and specifications come from the product record supplied by the manufacturer or distributor. Where a detail is not listed, we make no claim about it.
Liability
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.
