Delivery information

Orders placed on working days are usually dispatched the same or next working day and delivered within 1–3 working days inside the UAE. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Delivery is free on UAE orders above AED 250. Below that threshold a standard fee applies, calculated at checkout based on the store's shipping settings.

Oman delivery is available where enabled for the destination. Timings, duties and fees are confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Every order can be followed on the Order Tracking page using the order number plus the email address or phone number used at checkout. Courier updates appear there once the parcel is collected.
