Return & refund policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original, undamaged packaging with all accessories included.

Personal care items that have been used, products with missing accessories or packaging, and items damaged after delivery cannot be returned. Faulty products are handled under warranty instead.

Raise a request on the Returns & Warranty page with your order number and the email or phone used at checkout. Our team confirms eligibility and arranges collection or drop-off.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, the funds usually appear within 5–10 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.
